I work in a grocery store and this is one of the last Barbie Cakes I done before the carpel tunnel got real bad in my wrist.
This cake is made of 4 - 8 inch round cake layers. Barbie is full size and rests in a tube that goes down the center of the cake. Ruffles on dress are made in icing after she is base iced.
